Demolishing a building sounds like a belligerent task, when in reality it takes patience, discernment, and attention to detail to keep the site clean, and safe for everyone in or near the site. This two-story building was carefully dismantled into the basement to avoid debris leaving the site and contaminating a nearby reservoir.
